Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cooked mobile application ("App") operated by Universal AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Cooked. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App contains mature content related to dating and relationship advice.

2. Account

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

3. AI-Powered Features

Cooked uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT-4) to provide texting and dating coaching. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and are for entertainment and guidance purposes only
• AI advice should not be considered professional relationship counseling
• Your messages and screenshots are processed by OpenAI's API to generate responses
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation
• You are solely responsible for how you use any advice or suggested messages

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Cooked offers a free tier with limited daily sessions and a Pro subscription with unlimited access.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cooked to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Generate content that is sexually explicit, violent, or illegal
• Manipulate or deceive others in harmful ways
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App
• Use the App to generate spam or unsolicited messages

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Universal AI LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to process it for providing our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI coaching will produce specific results in your dating or social life. We are not responsible for the outcomes of following any AI-generated advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Safety

Cooked is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in danger, please contact emergency services immediately.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
